We are aware that there have been disruptions to the ordinary course of life for many people due to the ongoing spread of COVID-19. Many schools, including the University of Minnesota Law School, have moved to entirely remote classes or even closed their doors. We understand that this has caused a great deal of uncertainty.
However, MJLST currently anticipates no change in our publishing schedule for Volume 22. We have successfully transitioned to online-only review, and are continuing to read articles submitted to us with enthusiasm. We also understand that authors may have difficulties in their own lives, and would be happy to work with authors or discuss whatever accommodations may be needed.
We look forward to any further submissions for publication, and we hope that everyone can stay safe in these uncertain times.
